Original Chengdu Gin
“The Bar” is the Original Chengdu Gin and pays tribute to the flavors of Sichuan while remaining a well-balanced Gin. We used 15 different ingredients to create this Gin including: Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Fennel, Roasted Barley, Roasted Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Dry Ginger, Green Sichuan Pepper, Bay Leaves, Dry Dates, Lotus, Lemon Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Dry Mandarin Orange Peel. This Gin provides deep notes from the Sichuan Spices, perfectly balanced with the bright citrus flavors.

“Sichuan Sound” is inspired by the Chengdu Underground and is the only Chinese Gin to use fresh Green Sichuan Peppers. We chose the Green Sichuan Pepper for its fresh and citrusy notes and decided it deserves its own infusion. You’ll taste the freshness of this spice while staying away from the heavy numbing flavor most Sichuan Peppers give you. This is delicious with just about any Gin cocktail – replace it with your favorite and sink into the Sichuan Sound”.

Osmanthus Infused Gin
